How can I see all my Host Listings
Go to Header of Zestour.com. Click on your Profile > I’m Hosting.
What is Listing Name
Listing Name describes your Host Listing.

Travellers see your Listing Name first. Choose a Listing Name that suits your travel products & services best – remember to keep it short and sweet! 
What is Category
Zestour classifies travel products & services under 5 distinct Categories.

1. Tour:  City, Group, Guided, Land, One-Day, Private, Walking & Others.
2. Accommodation: Bed & Breakfast, Camp, Caravan, Homestay, Hostel, Hotel, Resort, Vacation Home, Villa & Others.
3. Transport: Airport Transfer, Bicycle, Boat & Yacht, Bus Ticket, Car, Car Rental, Coach, Ferry Ticket, Flight Ticket, Helicopter, Limo, Motorbike, Passenger Car, Rail & Train Ticket, Van & Others.
4. Ticket: Attraction, Castle, Concert & Musical, Course, Cruise, Museum, Relax & Health, Sports, Theme Park, Wildlife & Others.
5. Others. Insurance, Visa & Others.

Travellers search by Category. Hence, it’s critical you choose the right Category for your Host Listing.
How do I choose Duration
Duration indicates the length of your travel products & services.

Choose SPECIFY when your Host Listing has a defined duration. Set your duration e.g. 3 Days. 

Select ANY Duration when your Host Listing does not have a defined duration. Travellers can book any number of days. 
What is Availability
Availability indicates when your travel products & services are for sale.

Choose SPECIFY when your Host Listing is not available for a certain time period.
Select ANYTIME when your Host Listing is available throughout the year.
How do I set the price for my Host Listing
To keep it simple, we accept absolute amount only. Select the unit of your travel products & services – Day, Person or Trip.

Offer a great deal to attract your first few Travellers. You can always increase your price after you’ve received some great reviews.
What are Terms & Conditions 
Travellers read your Terms & Conditions prior to chatting and booking with you. Clear and competitive Terms and Conditions attract more sales.

State your Cancellation and Refund Policy, together with other Terms & Conditions clearly when you create a Host Listing.
What Are Included
What Are Included are Additions that you offer in your Host Listing. Your price should already consider these Additions, and therefore, Travellers don’t have to pay more for them.

Hosts are encouraged to state their Inclusions clearly. It helps to prevent disputes and foster a memorable experience.

What Are Excluded
What Are Excluded are Extras that you Do Not offer in your Host Listing. Your price should not consider these Extras. Travellers have to pay more if they want these Extras.

Hosts are encouraged to state their Exclusions clearly. It helps to prevent disputes and foster a memorable experience.

Can I Edit, Unlist or Delete my Host Listing
Yes. Go to Header of Zestour.com. Select Profile > I’m Hosting.
Choose the Host Listing, and just click Edit, Unlist or Delete.
How do I receive booking
Zestour is a community to connect Host and Travellers.

Hosts and Travellers chat with each other, foster a relationship and arrange booking & payment between themselves.

How do I book travel products & services with Hosts
In the Host Listing section, search and select travel products & services you want to book. Click on the Listing Name to read the detailed Host Listing.

Chat with Hosts, foster a friendship and arrange booking & payment.

Make sure to communicate booking and payment through our Chat. We archive your conversations. You can refer to the chat history to prevent and resolve any potential disputes.
